ABOUT THE mdtc Computer Lab

The College of Nursing, Synod Hospital, has a modern and essential computer lab facility designed to support students in achieving academic and clinical excellence. The lab is equipped with 30 computers, ensuring sufficient access for students to engage in practical learning, research, and digital skill development.

Each system is installed with the latest educational and healthcare-related software, enabling students to strengthen their understanding of nursing concepts, medical practices, and patient care technologies. With high-speed internet connectivity, students can access online medical journals, e-learning platforms, and updated healthcare resources, helping them stay informed about current developments in the healthcare sector.

Our college proudly collaborates with NIELIT to offer the CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) program. This certification course helps students build fundamental computer skills, enhances their digital literacy, and prepares them for professional requirements in the healthcare field.

The lab provides a well-organized, comfortable, and supervised environment that promotes effective learning. Regular maintenance ensures the smooth functioning of all systems, while experienced instructors and technical staff guide students in gaining confidence and practical knowledge.

In addition to academic activities, the computer lab also serves as a venue for seminars, workshops, and project work, encouraging innovation, research, and teamwork. Overall, the facility plays a vital role in preparing our nursing students to become competent, skilled, and technology-ready healthcare professionals.
