RC Lalrengpuii, the current Principal of the College of Nursing, Synod Hospital, Durtlang, began her career as a Staff Nurse on 1st June 1996. After many years of dedicated service in the hospital wards, she was promoted to Sister Tutor on 1st January 2006 and started her work at the Nursing School, Synod Hospital, Durtlang (now known as the College of Nursing, Synod Hospital).

Continuing her commitment and contribution to the institution, she was promoted to Assistant Professor on 1st May 2021. She further advanced to the position of Vice Principal on 1st January 2024. After two years of service in that role, She was appointed as the Principal of the College of Nursing, Synod Hospital, Durtlang..
