Hostel

The College of Nursing, Synod Hospital, Durtlang, provides a well-maintained hostel facility covering approximately 19,008 sq. ft., with separate accommodations for male and female students. At present, 112 female and 8 male students reside in the hostel, which comprises 42 rooms for girls and 7 rooms for boys, each accommodating 1–3 students. The hostel is equipped with adequate toilet and bathroom facilities, including 27 toilets and 19 bathrooms for girls, and 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms for boys, ensuring hygienic and comfortable living conditions.

Essential amenities such as a reliable water supply, safe drinking water, electricity, hot water, washing facilities, and a pantry are available to meet the daily needs of the students. For recreation and well-being, students have access to a recreation room with a television and indoor games, as well as a sick room for medical care.

The hostel also features a mess with a dining hall measuring 210 sq. ft., capable of serving up to 120 students, providing nutritious meals in a hygienic and organized environment. Together, these facilities create a secure, comfortable, and supportive living atmosphere conducive to academic success and personal growth.
